Welcome to the forum. I do not have experience with the Kokers but there are plenty of folks on the forum that run them. Be patient and they will chime in pretty soon.

Best I can do for now is check out this post which sounds exactly like the problem you have. All he did was take off the cover on the plenum switch and blow it out and it started working. Check your settings for cut on and cut off.

Do you have your unit running on a Coal trol or just manual control?

Dont have a coaltrol yet, I just have it hooked up to a plain thermostat. When the manual button is pushed on the fan control on the stove the blower runs but when pulled on auto it doesnt run.

Hot Air Coal Stoker Stove: Keystoker Koker controlled with CoalTrol

Open up the limit control box (where the manual knob is) and check the temp settings on the dial. The convection fan turns on based on the temperature of the air inside the stove's envelope. Either your stove isn't heating up enough (adjust the feeder knob) or your dial settings are set too high. On the dial there are three, adjustable switches. One is the high limit switch, don't touch that one. This is a safety switch that shuts the stove down if it gets too hot. The other switch turns on the blower when a certain temp is reached inside the stove envelope (this is the one that may be set too high, lower it to about 90 degrees and see what happens). The third switch turns off the convection blower at a certain temp after each heating cycle.

So in a particular heating cycle. If you have the "fan on" temp at 90, fan off at 80 and safety limit at 200, this is how it proceeds: thermostat calls for heat, coal starts moving and the stove temp starts increasing. Once the envelope hits ~90, the convection fan turns on and will run as long as the temp stays above 80 (your "off" temp). When the thermostat is satisfied the stove starts to cool, once it gets down to ~80, convection fan turns off and waits for stove to heat back up at next call for heat. IF, something gets messed up and the fan doesn't turn on, you have dirty filters limiting air flow, etc, your stove envelope hits ~200 and the safety limit switch shuts the stove down until temp comes down below 200. More than likely you will lose your fire while the safety switch is waiting to be satisfied.

Seeing as how the fan turns on with the manual knob shows that it is wired correctly, so just check the dial settings. I believe Keystoker's manual describes how to set the dial. There is no wrong or right setting for the dial adjustments (again, make sure the high temp safety stays around 200). But the fan on - off settings are personal preference. Some like to have the fan on for longer stretches, and set it accordingly, some like shorter cycles. I use a coal trol and once the outside temps stay cold, I unplug my conv. fan from the coal trol and just plug it into the wall and the fan stays on 24/7.

Blew out the fan limit switch and changed the lower setting and blower turned on, then adjusted the lower temp back up and the blower turned on, looks like all is running good. Im ready for the winter,Thank you all for the help, this site is great! :D
