If your set up has good draft, nut should work. If the draft is not so strong try stove size.

As long as your stove is sealed well and you can control your airflow, then your grates will tell you what they like. Nut would be the smallest I'd recommend and stove is awesome because in indirect mode you can still get airflow up through the firepot. If your firepot is narrow and wide it won't make a difference, but if it's deep then stove tends to work better. The burn times will be the same because you control the amount of air intake.
