These stoves are readily available at most reputable stove restoration places often. They are expensive as they are the best, however. That's why I held off mentioning them to you. But you never know what may pop up and If you don't know something you can't take advantage of it.
The low first cost of a Warm Morning or Heatrola is the reason they were suggested as they will burn the Lignite and give out lots of heat.
The link below shows a restored Florence for sale. This stove store is in Iowa I think. I picked this place as it's a lot closer than New England.

Cold Cold Climate and New to Coal Stoves

In fairness, my 1500 coal furnace was paid for in half a winter's fuel savings. Maybe a 4000 dollar one would be paid for in 1.5 winters. Even with cheaper lignite coal, if the Florence is more energy efficient it will ultimately save money not cost if a person is committed to coal for the long term.
