Looks good!
Use factory defaults and adjust slowly from there to tweak it to where you need it. Make small adjustments and allow enough time to verify the effect. There is no instant gratification with these stokers. If you can see an immediate effect you went way too far.

That fire looks quite large for a new install. I'd back off a turn or two and see if you can get it slowed down.
If you have a large loading at start-up, then I do understand, but if you don't, you need slow that feed rate a bid for this time of year.
Normally the burn zone is about 3" wide when cranked up, and yours looks to be much more that that. You should have about 2" of 'dead ash' at the end of the grate.

The pic of fire was first fire and I wanted to bring it up to temp to check everything.i have it set at 1 pin every 15 min rite now and the max temp at 160 . its in the low 50's outside here so just playing around with it. Theres about 2 inches of red coal on grate and its running great . house is at 70 and the boiler is hardly working . this thing is sweat.

Nice install. My install should be done tomorrow. With maybe just finishing odds and ends.
Looking good shawn. Ive been using mine for dhw and a little heat. Outside temp here in western ny is only droping into the low 50 but its one hell off boiler you'll be happy. I left the top tins off of mine and my basement is at 74% .no joke
