Ok, I know what you're talking about now. I opened that the other day when I hauled out ash! Got it.

Yes, I have moisture in my hopper lid... .I assumed it was from the fact that my coal is WET coming out of the bag, and it was just evaporation... I know my baro is not opening at all, maybe need to turn the air down. My shutter is about 1/2 open.

My timers are set around 4 & 10. My fire right now is very small, not even visible after the combustion fan shuts down.... All the way to the back..

Did you ream out the holes on the grates when you cleaned it up?

I used a drill bit by hand to clean them out. One pair of grates has larger holes than the other pair. While the 1/8" bit worked for the larger size holes I used a smaller one (can't remember exactly) on the other grates. A couple spins by hand and the boogers were cleared out. All the holes weren't semi blocked but after cleaning them out I noticed a more even fire line on the coal bed.
