One can only hope John :clap: toothy I had this old nurse kept comin up behind me on my walkin ventures & tuckin my ass back in those silly gowns they put ya in--she said, "I hope you didn't mind my doin that, if the rolls were reversed, I'd sure appreciate somebody coverein my butt:)"

When I went for the hernia surgery, it was my front parts that kept hanging out. Nobody offered to put those back though .. toothy

Maybe she heard you have a large Hitzer and was trying to keep it covered :shock: :lol:

I'll bet it sure feels good to be back on the hill & if I may speak for everyone it sure feels good to have you here. As Freddy says listen to the doc that is certainly doing right by you, you've come this far so allow yourself to heal for the final hurtle.

FF, ain't no place like home,recovery will be much better, BUT, close your eyes to the "things that need done" ,those things can wait till later or someone else does them. Take care , go slow & easy,don't be a stranger on here. :clap: :up: :up:

Lil update. Go to the Doc to get staples removed next Thurs. & then we play the wait game for 4 or 5 more weeks for final COMPLETE reattach & deal w/ double hernia--I HOPE--Got visitin nurses 3X's a week to change dressing & poop bag. Plus meals on wheels through Council on the Ageing. I'm confused, I thought ya had to be old to hook up with them thar people. :clap: toothy It all looks good. Also, I'm a lil less sore each day:) Later guys, thanx for your thoughts & prayers AGAIN!!!MY thoughts & prayers go out to my good friend-- even if he is the antique stove GURU ;)-- wsherrick who had another surgery yesterday & other then being sorer then all get out, does well on a comparative scale. Maybe he'll jump in & give an update on himself:) Later guys
