We can but we cannot guarantee the fit. Depends on how old it is for 1. Over time the jig has worn, was repaired, was replaced. So the doors are fit individually to each stove during the build. More than likely it will fit but like I stated we cannot guarantee fit. The old door can be easily repaired by any good machine shop if bolts are broken off. Or even a handy DIY person. Use a drill bit stop on a 7/32 " drill bit set it about 1/2"deep. Then tap using a bottoming tap 1/4-20 tap and done. You can just drill along side of the broken off bolts if its easier. We usually offer this service in the summer months, but in season it takes us a while to get to them thats why I recommend a machine shop plus you will not need to ship.

Anybody doing this drill and tap thing, do yourself a favor and apply liberal amount of high temp graphite base anti-seize paste on the bolts before installing them.

We don't do it at the shop because you could paint an entire room with 1 drop of that stuff. But that's a good idea and recommendation .McGiever wrote:Anybody doing this drill and tap thing, do yourself a favor and apply liberal amount of high temp graphite base anti-seize paste on the bolts before installing them.
