My son's interpretation of butternut squash, this was in 2011 week of Thanksgiving and has been on the 'fridge since. I wish I had taken a pic' of the squash next to it, dam good for a 4 yr old...of course all parents are slightly biased :P

It looks like a hay bale trying to stand up. ;)

But, does he "eat" squash?
