Ken - I can't tell where you are from based on your profile, but I get all of my Stratford supplies from Dussingers in Lancaster PA.

I have a stratford 75 and its interior baffle appears to bend downwards after a while. Has anyone seen this effect and can anyone offer me advice on how to avoid it?

I am assuming you are talking about this baffle (see picture). When you say it "appears to bend downwards" do you mean it is slipping out of the slots that it hangs from? I can't figure out exactly what you mean - maybe if you post a picture it would help.

Totally new to this. I recently purchased a used Stratford SC75. I don't have any paperwork (stuff like UL rating, BTU, etc..) Without the paperwork...no permit. If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks
