Fines Cleanout

for some reason this year I don't get an fines when I pull the leaver, I checked and its opening, but not much come ot

Maybe the coal you got this year contains less fines. You could inspect the air chamber and make sure nothing is stuck or caked in there, but if all looks good I would enjoy the clean coal and keep on running.

Coal Size/Type: 404-nut, 520 rice ,anthracite for both

dan75,you don't have a town & state in your profile,if you are close enough to me you could come here & get a whole bucket of fines to run thru your stoker if you think that would help out. :) Lately I have just been dumping them into the ash tub with the ashes but if you need more than a bucket full I can start saving them separate for you. ;) :lol:
