I put in an older 520 this one doesn't have the thumb screw to adjust the speed of auger it has a bolt that slides back and forth where it comes out of transmission. I have moved it and the slowest I can get it is 4-5 teeth is there any other adjustment?

If you move the bolt to the edge of the slot, it should run 4 teeth...which is fine. In most applications there is no real benefit to running less than 4 teeth.
