Hey I have pocono with powervent,, I was told there is a tuning screw in the rheostat,, I took mine apart and I can't find it. Can anyone take a picture? or give me an idea of what I am looking for?
Thanks I appreciate it.

PS, with the temps today in the high 50's even with this stove idling its too hot inside. I love it!

It's been a while, but if I remember correctly, the hole for the screw was located under the speed control know. Meaning you need to remove the knob to gain access to the hole and use a small eyeglass type screwdriver to turn it.

But as I said it has been a few years since I worked on one.

It is a blue or white plastic slot with an arrow in it visible through a hole on the side of the rheostat housing, you have to take the face plate off to see it.

Mine is an older 3 rehostat box for my Hyfire, I had to take the box apart and the fine adjustments were on side of the rheostat inside the box.

I loaned my old rheostat box out to a friend trying to figure out why his Coaltrol wasn't working properly and if he had to send it in for service, we couldnt' get it turned down far enough for the stoker and he got like 85 in the house. LOL. he wasn't complaining, at least he had heat. Found out it was just the thermostat cable.
