thanks Don,

i should make what is going on alittle clearer to streamline and lighten search efforts.

i have an idea for a stove, i'd like to come up with the cast top and foundation parts from a Locke 24 or Warm Morning 524 200# capacity cylinder stoves.

if I can't come up with those particular parts I will change my direction to using a Locke 120 or Warm Morning 520 100# capacity stove, which I have a loose agreement on already.

thanks,
steve

I'll keep searching for you. The bad part is 9 out of 10 people don't realize that the numbers on the stoves are important. So they don't post them, or show clear enough pictures to see them.
In my search for pictures of the Warm Morning 524, I found places that sell parts, but they had no parts at all for the 524.

yes, this is a needle in the hay stack attempt at best. I have alerts in several search engines under a few keys. around here these stoves show up mostly labeled wood burner, pot belly or antique wood stove.

i'll spend a few months watching then go forward any of the ways open to me.

thanks,
steve

I don't think this is the one you are looking for, but I'll post it anyway. The top looks ok, the grates are gone: **Broken Link(S) Removed**

the plot thickens, I am expanding the considerable parts and or whole stoves to include the Warm Morning Model 400 circulator stove.

i realize this the square style 4 flue type of stove inside the cabinet but that's OK.

thanks,
steve

thanks Don,

asked the guy in Dennison for all the pics he can supply. there are things about those that interest me though I don't know if I want the whole stove.

if I find a very good one, i'll probably buy it, recast everything I want out of it and resell it.

Thanks SWPaDon,

But I already have 2 WarmMorning 520's & 1 Locke120 stored in my barn. The two WM520 are going to my Amish neighbors, and Steve has dibs on the Locke120.

My fourth is the Locke120 I used to keep me warm this winter.

Right now I have more stoves than I do cattle. :P

We can see that your stove inventory is just about to be reduced drastically. Now might be a good time to 'restock'?

that's the second time this week John and I have seen a stove like that. the first was mere scrap, that one is painted a little oddly for a working, burning stove. would need lots of detailed pics but it's still not what i'm after and it's 300 mls. away.

thanks for the help, i'm waiting for a response from the guy in Ohio, after that i'm probably just going to start solidifying timing with John.
