We are having trouble with the set-up of our SF260. It appears that everything is hooked up correctly as per manufacturers directions, but the water for the heating system does not seem to automatically circulate to heat the house. We have to manually open the zone valves to get it to work. We are currently using two zone valves, one for the first floor and one for second floor, with one circulator pump. The domestic water coil providing water to the house for use, seems to be working fine. We have installed new thermostats, new zone valves, and circulater pump turns on. The circulator pump only turns on if we turn the temp up on the aquastat. It does not seem to turn on by itself. The temp in the boiler is running at approximately 180-190 degrees with the aquastat set at 180 degrees. Differential is set at 10 and output is set at 5. We are not sure where the problem is. The wiring appears to be hooked up right, but if anyone has a wiring diagram so we could double check it would be great. If anyone has any suggestions to trouble shoot we would be very grateful.
