Don't worry about missing grate parts, if Wilson can't find them I will get the parts duplicated. Get it home and start a thread. Pancho, hereinafter to be referred to as Mr Kingpin. :D Damn, how do you upstage that one.

I think Scott already said he had a grate. So Panch, are sending that stove back to Mi on a stage coach, or are you driving here to pick it up?

Thanks Simon.
I haven't got the particulars sorted out....a lot of that depends on what kind of shape it's in.

Did you figure out what exactly was missing from the fire pot? The seller didn't really seem to know...
Not yet.
I sent the seller an e-mail yesterday and am waiting on a response so we can setup an inspection/pickup. Wilson of Wilson's Woodstoves said he will do what he can to give it the once over and bring it back to his place.

No issue at all. Just sayin that I resemble that remark, because I too followed every post on this stove. I even read every question and answer on Ebay about it.

Now, with two of those beasts,..... I think you just jumped to the head of the pack of weight of iron and BTU output! :D

So much for Wilson's back being ok - lugging around three #8 in less than one year.

I beg to differ. Look at Simon's sig....there must be 23 stoves listed.
You can probably locate his place on GOOGLE Earth just by looking for the little spot where all the snow is melted.

We are in the middle of an ice storm here as it has only warmed (briefly) to about freezing. QED, I need more stoves.
