Edit: I went ahead and took down this version and I posted the other version below. . I think it's a lot better fit and even though it's ok that I used that song I still don't like using copyrighted music. So look below for the better version

Here it is !

make sure to click on the quality at the bottom right of the video. it looks like a gear. Click on 1080HD to get the best experience.

Man, I gutta tell ya. This site isn't only educational, it's entertaining too! You guys are good. And your phone, Josh, takes better pictures than my digital camera. Great job, and I love the sax in the song. Would make Lou Reed envious.

Thanks Isayre, This I can understand. I'll give it a try. Regards: john

Damn it worked, How about that. Smokeyja didn't mean to hijack your thread.

No worries! this is quite interesting!

I am doing another copy of my video. Copyright stuff on youtube can be interesting sometimes. I think it will be fine though as I acknowledged it through youtube but just incase there with be another version with no copyright restrictions. It gets a bit odd because I paid for that song that I used. But I know thats not how it works lol.

Alternate copy Below:

Smokeyja: You made my morning. Saved this version to my Youtube favorite section.

For what it's worth - other fiddle players may find playing a Georgia shuffle double stop backup in the key of G to the banjo music has a nice warm Appalachian sound.

The second song reminds me of a Sunday morning in New York city, a Long Legged brunette - Room service - News paper - fresh coffee and a leisurely afternoon, years ago.

For me, your video has much more than dancing blue ladies to keep an old man warm.

Thanks, it's been one hell of a morning for me.

Regards: john

John I'm glad this video could warm your mind and body up . I do believe this second version is a lot better fit than the first one I put out. There ain't nothing better than a fiddle and a banjo! I started out my musical life on a violin and I wish I had stuck with it but I became a trumpet player and guitar player mainly . I have a Tom Dooley cover I did on YouTube .

Memories can truly be a gift and I'm glad this could invoke some for you !

I hope your day grows to be a great one for you .

Josh

Well I did have the song "coal miner" by Nappy Brown on the first version but I opted to can it because of copyright issues. Go figure after all these years since 1961 a record company is still trying to squeeze pennies out of a forgotten, unpopular song. I could use it no worries but the "owner" of the song was allowed to put ads on my video and collect from that and I paid for that song so it didn't sit well with me for them to make money off the video so I put some non copyright conflicting music with the video. Next time I will just upload video to my own site and wont have any of those issues. I do like me some blues.

The Kimmel's is not as "lady-like". :D
