Coal Quality

Just went through 1/4 ton each of white ash and light red ash, disappointed. Medium hard was from Hegins, the hard from Centralia, I was told. The white ash left big white chunks that didn't go to powder, the red gave me alot of clinkers. Both seemed to have alot of ash. At least I had no stones in it to jam grate.

Jeddo rice lots of unburnt coal/slate, need more air to burn, Going elseware this year.
