Power Vent Odor From Oil Boiler

Hi, I have power vented my oil boiler so I can use my chimney for an Estate parlor stove. The problem is when I start the coal stove I get a strong paint like odor it seems as though this smell is laying close to the ground and when the coal stove gets hot it heats it up and it rises throughout the house I have sealed everything from the boiler to the power venter and still I am getting this powerful smell I am lost can anyone help??
