Enough is enough! Hit a low of minus 30 last night here in Groton City, NY. It can't warm up soon enough.

I like the cold weather. Not gotten cold enough!

Cold w/o snow? Sounds great. No mowing the lawn, maintaining lawn equipment...nice. No air conditioner bills.

To each his own.

59 deg is pretty chilly inside, however given the fact that it was -26 outside without the wind I'd say your stoker was doing a decent job. It got down to -10 where I'm at a couple of times and I had a rough time keeping it at 66. My house is pretty drafty but I'm still pleased with it. I did have to supplement with the propane stove for about a half hour during the reloading process...shh don't tell anyone haha. I love winter however this minus crap is getting old.

Muddy Jeep,

The indoor/outdoor thermometer is located in our family room that is a bit remote from the single register of our furnace. We have a propane heater in that room that I fire up about 8:00. Hence the 59 degree temp.
