add on water heating device

Yes, I saw that and email him about connections and pressures. My water pressure is like 80-100 psi.
Not sure how much BTU it would put out, they claim it as a "boiler" and the guy has 5 of them heating his house...

I will spend less on a coil in the stove and the difference for the pumps and plumbing.

Looks like baseboard radiator in a surround then painted black. Build it yourself, have a custom size and save some money.

Looked too close to a oil cooler project i was working on for a 78 ford which never got done before the truck was sold.
