That's the smell of "fossil-itis".
Some of them have been there way too long and the lack of activity doesn't give them a chance to air out once in awhile ! The smell is oddly like that of barnacles on a boat that's out of water.

I think Congress is what stinks.
I thought the beans needed to be water boarded first & then sit naked & cold in a dark cell or a fridge.
