This is 50 lbs of pea, still plenty of room, I could prob put another 50 in easily and safely.

P.S....... Put the pump in the correct way!! Lol I just had to switch mine around cuz I noticed my return temps where hotter than my feed lol luckily I didn't have a raging fire going.

Oh an that is why I need two baro's, without them I would over fire constantly.

Both do same as far as check flow.
Flow check may be defeated manually for when no electric for pumping., check valve is not ment to be defeated.

NICE!!!

Ahh, coal fire in August. Funny how those pumps can get in there backwards.

I guess you got all the air out of the system. Otherwise, you would be hearing a lot of clanking and banging!

Hahaha yes I must I have cuz there was no clanking or banging, just a little like gurgling at first. Quick question, the red knob on the air vent I can take off and push the valve in and air will come it to bless it, what is the point of the black knob?

I don't know. I have never seen one with two knobs. Once you turn a pump on, you should hear air hissing out of it though.
