I have an older model Keystoker 90 stove. The White Rodgers stack control went again, so I decided to be proactive and switch to a timer for the hold fire. I thought I knew how to wire it up, but apparently I don't. Any help that anyone may have would be greatly appreciated.
The stoker has a Honeywell RA89A relay on it. I had the two leads from the t-stat on T-T and the two leads from the stack sensor on T-T as well. I picked up a C8835 timer. Initially, I ran a jumper from lead 4 on the relay to the clock terminal on the timer. I also ran a jumper from lead 2 on the relay to the plain white wire. I then ran a jumper from T-T on the relay to NO and Com on the timer. The clock motor ran and kicked on the stoker motor when I manually rotated the dial and tripped the timer. I would run the 1.5 minutes and when it clicked off, the clock motor shut off.
Can anyone share the correct wiring pattern?
Thanks in advance!

You need a constant power feed to the clock motor/timer.I thought it 110v.
the one relay will just kick on the stoker motor for the set period of pins. typically 3-4 pins every 10 mins. 1 pin is approx. 15 sec.
WIring diagram on the Keytsoker site in the manual.

Thanks WNY! The wiring diagram definitely helps. I wasn't expecting to see neutral from the relay go to the clock terminal on the timer and then sending line to switch common. I was thinking that since the stack sensor was normally working NO and common that would be the way to go.
I will give it a try with the wiring diagram from Keystoker.
Thanks again!
