Thinking of buying sm. Med. Utility trailer from tractor supply.
I know I will need lights and to register it. Question.. how do I get it home with no lights and reg? Do I have to pre register and then install lights in TSC parking lot??

I'm unsure of NH laws, but here in Pa. I bought mine at lowes, they filled out the paperwork and I was legal to take it home. I think I had 10 days to get tags and inspection.

Look online a bit too, a few years back I bought a 7 X 12 online from a dealer about a hour from me, street ready and could haul 1 ton, it was 200 bucks cheaper then lowes and had a removable gate/ramp witch was a big deal for me, I didn't realize most ramps were not removable till the dealer pointed it out to me online in chat. So I got exactly what I wanted and saved a couple bucks for a hour drive

The website doesnt state they come with lights, but the pics show lights so I assume lights are included.
Gonna check on reg but I think thats right. They give papers and have 10 days to register.

may have answers there .... I would bet if there are no tags a cop will pull you over if he can and give you a ticket regardless of the actual law. They don't care or know the laws.
Unfortunately, you need a vin or ID number to get tags ...
I built my own and got it registered .. not a big deal...of course, I did not have a cop behind me when I took the trailer to DMV for tags.

If you don't live in MA, then I wouldn't worry about it. Anyone living in MA has to fly the trailer home in order to be 100% legal.
Just my opinion ... but I think you'd be better served finding an older used or homebuilt trailer. They're alot better built than some of the stuff I see at TS.

The best trailer ever is the one you don't need to own.
Uhaul, Penske and others will rent you the Cadillac of trailers for cheap money...and you won't have to mow the grass around it regularly.
