Even from the beginning of this post, the facts remain the same. Smaller physical size does matter concerning storage. Fast up-temp of the stoker is not the same as on oil or gas, so 40 gallons of tempered water makes this an open and shut case IF demand can be met. Like most folks, the longer the shower, the more we like it.....so to quote 'Sting' again. Depends.

Both are gonna get the job done, satisfaction with the process if in the eyes of the beholder.
