Good day! Stop what you're doing & enjoy a good cup of coffee. It's always better with friends & neighbors. There's home made bread (thanks cuz Chrissy!) to make good toast & plenty of eggs. A good hearty breakfast will give us the get up & go to get up and go!
I think I worked more hours this week then any since I was in my 20's. Every night until at least 10, one night until 11:57PM. Arghhhhh! I hope I'm rich after this! I'll take pics when it's done.
I am using the electric car a lot. I don't think I've bought gas for the Honda in months. A pic on the highway? It's hard to got a selfie at 65 MPH.
Hope you all have a smooth weekend. Off to work I go.

Thanks for the breakfast offer. Can you pass the home made strawberry preserves to go on that fresh bread? Yummy!! I've got to saddle up myself and get moving, lots to see and do today and I want to get it done before the sun gets up too high. They are playing "Boots and Saddles" right now. Gotta Go. Regards, Mike
Morning Everyone...taking time for a cup of coffee this morning before the busy weekend kicks off.
We have jumped right into the 90* summer temps. It would have been nice to have some spring like weather for a week or two more! I want to get some outside stuff done before it gets too hot today. Have a great weekend everyone!

Already into my second cup. Taking a little drive to my niece's first communion. Sounds like a barrel of laughs...oy vey....
Like I have nothing else to do. I've been trying to get my old Windstar van inspected. They wrote it up for a bunch of things which I fixed, then I brought it back and the drivers window motor wouldn't work, brought it back home, cleaned it with electrical cleaner and lubed everything up and it worked 100 times in a row.
Just went to bring it back and the thing failed again. I already replaced this motor once and it looks like I'll do it again. What a pain.

Ahhhh. Bacon and eggs sounds good. No time for that though. A bowl of oatmeal with a banana chaser for me. Today I watch the youngest son catch a double header. After that, it usually would be plow or plant or something like that. But for the first time in years, we are caught up with everything it seems. Guess the new baseburner is getting a little attention. Have a good day every one.

I've actually got a chance to catch up on some indoor chores, and that's OK too !
It feels good to sit on down in here with All of You. Life's been flyin' again,so I'm putting the Landing Gear down, and taking the time to smell the Homefries,Bacon, and maybe a little bit O' Snausage !
Stay with it,Gang!

Mornin everyone.
Eggs and homemade bread sounds great, Freddy.
Supposed to rain off and on today, but it's ok as we need it. It'll help the garden grow
Take care and be safe all.

Good for You,MA !
You should be able to find that book : "Anesthesia For Dummy's" at Your local library. It'll break You in on Your New Position's demands. I'm thinkin' Your gonna puddle right in as a Gas Passer and IV Pushmaster ! What the heck,it's always "No" if You don't try ! As far as Big Boy clothing, they make Scrubs in all kinds of colors and sizes. What could possibly go wrong in this new Job Opportunity !

Same ol' same ol' over here. Parts flyin' around, and lawns getting mowed.
Waiting on the new parts to show up AGAIN for the Marquis A/C system - had to send the condenser back. Right box, wrong part! At a standstill until that thing comes in. And to top it all off, the 2 manifolds on top of the OEM compressor did not come with the new one ... and the suction side stripped the first few threads off, of course ... and guess how much that 1 oz. piece of aluminum cost? $111 shipped! I guess that's the price you pay for modern comforts in a 30 year old car.
Tracking info on that part says there was an "exception" that the PO is working to correct. WTF .... always something .... Might get this system together by August ... maybe ...
Scored another VIRGIN 30 lb. jug of R-12!!! This one still has the original shrink wrap on the top!! Going to be nice & cool this summer, if the parts ever get here ....
Time's a wastin' - see y'all later!

Thanks HB every time I start that book it puts me to sleep I've also sewed my toes together so no one try's slipping a string around one while I take a snooze in the air conditioned sliding bunk bed vault. Brain Surgeon I'm not but hopefully my food keeps the sparks flying upstairs!Hambden Bob wrote:Good for You,MA !

Smitty, you sure scored with the jug of R-12... You could trade that for a Rolex!
What a jam-blam beautiful day! We (John & Lois, & a new friend Donna & I) took the Seadoo's 12 or 15 miles down the river and had breakfast at a tiny restaurant in Winterport. "The bacon" something. Home made breads & all fresh foods, I had scrambled eggs sour-bread toast and haddock hash. The water was a bit rough on the way down, but oddly on the way back it calmed & was a perfectly flat run.
Hope you all enjoyed the day as much as we did!
