Steps to Start a Website?

Hello all,

So is this what I do.

1.) buy a domain name, but from who exactly?

2.) buy hosting from JaguarPC as per the mayors suggestion.

3.) start putting up content.

4.) add an online store if I ever need one.

5.) what else?

You can also go to godaddy.com and set up a website there. They have a lot of easy templates to use and pretty much do everything for you including the domain name and hosting.
