Do you have current 'shots' and an 'updated passport' for entry into the 'Peoples Republic of Vermont?' Do you have to 'log' your political affiliations when you enter their territorial space?

You current home makes a very nice opportunity for the next buyer, especially if they would like to be another fan of anthracite and EFM.

Depends on what you want. It will certainly take the "right person" to be interested in a home with a guest house and a shop.

I did not plan on selling this place this quickly, I have spend a lot of $ on it in the last few years that will not be recovered even in part.

Well don't take a wash on it, it's always hard to get what you have in something but the right buyers will come along.

Now Doug, don't be a hater. The state of VT just loves folks from NY. So long as Rob doesn't let them know he's not from the city he'll be in like Flynn.

A late Friend had a tee shirt I thought rather funny.

It said, "Welcome to Vermont, now go home. "

But, he was from Massachusetts - not NY. :D

That's a real nice place Rob, I can't imagine it listing very long. Good luck in your search for a new spread.

You got a cemetery down the road ? Looks like a cemetery anyways. And a large pond nearby? nice.

I can see why you hate to leave. Beautiful place and in apple pie order.

In CT. would be worth two to three times as much. A real bargain.
