I searched on coal forums and found this is as one of few coal forums which is still alive.

So I am posting here for help, I hope I am not violating any policies or community guidelines.

We have a goal business in India and we are looking for Sulfur coal. I am not sure where to get started.
The purchase will obviously be in terms of containers of coal.

Thank you for your help.

Not sure what you mean by sulfur coal. We have anthracite (hard) and bituminous here in the US. Very little if any lignite.

Namaskar,

You need to explain to the members what you want or
need.

I am going to assume you want High Sulphur Bituminous Coal.

Most all the Bituminous coal is sold in bulk volumes.
Bagged Bituminous coal is available from some suppliers.

I have to ask you this to try to help you with your inquiry.

Are you intent on breaking, crushing, grinding and pressing the
soft coal into blocks and selling the coal blocks?

These Chinese coal stoves use the thick coal blocks that look
exactly like a revolvers bullet magazine after they are removed
from the coal press

These stoves and the soft coal blocks they burn are used for
both cooking and heating.
