We put a donated Gibraltar in a house the church bought to restore/remodel. We couldn't get it in the back of a Chev 1500 pickup. I had to strip it completely down and then we barely got it into the bed. You are correct. They are built like a tank and they burn wood nicely as well. We haven't burned coal in it yet as we only needed spot heat which it provided very nicely last fall and early winter while we were in there working.
