I've been using a Franco-Belge for the last 14 years and I finally got tired of moving into the living room for the coldest part of the winter. So, I started looking around for another larger stove.
This morning a friend called me and told me about an ad in our local shopper "coal stove $100.00" So I went to look at it. It is a SAEY Hannover 1 in near perfect condition. He had no idea of what it was worth and I wasn't about to tell him.
I took it. I should have it hooked up and cooking tomorrow. Right now I have a big smile on my face thinking of how warm I'll be next winter
Coal is the only source of heat in my house.
By the way, does anyone have a owners manual they could scan and send me?
