I got a good deal on a Saey Hannover I

I've been using a Franco-Belge for the last 14 years and I finally got tired of moving into the living room for the coldest part of the winter. So, I started looking around for another larger stove.

This morning a friend called me and told me about an ad in our local shopper "coal stove $100.00" So I went to look at it. It is a SAEY Hannover 1 in near perfect condition. He had no idea of what it was worth and I wasn't about to tell him.

I took it. I should have it hooked up and cooking tomorrow. Right now I have a big smile on my face thinking of how warm I'll be next winter .

Coal is the only source of heat in my house.

By the way, does anyone have a owners manual they could scan and send me?

That's a real nice stove...one that doesn't get much mention here on the forums...but, I have a friend close by who has one and has had it for years and he loves his. There is a dealer that promotes them heavily in the area.

Great price for the stove too, by the way!

Thanks, I downloaded it. Now I'm set to play on my "new" stove.

I have one and love it. I got mine for free too. I think you'll be very happy with it. Got any pictures? I posted one of mine in the "pictures of your stove" thread.
