is there any way to clean and lube the big blower motor? it started to squeak a little last season

If it is the same as mine, it is a sealed unit so you will not be able to oil it (unless there is a way to rip it apart and do it that way). The smaller Fasco combustion fan that came with mine was serviceable, with two oil ports to drip oil into.

Ok so I took the motor apart and one bearing is on its way out. now does anyone know were to find a TPI 620022 bearing I am having a hard time trying to locate one!

Cledusdtrucker, for actually taking it apart, trying to fix it AND showing it to us.
Nepacoal, for finding that pesky "Z" that looked like a "2".
If that is the fix, please post your results in this thread so other Koker owners can find it.

So I got bearings for 4.50 shipped to the door and I have installed them they work good so far will find out in the winter

Hope you cleaned it before replacing the bearings. Cleaner can remove new lubrication same as old.

the only thing I cleaned with the spray was the feed motors electric parts I removed the bearing from it before I sprayed it
now when I went to install the new combustion blower the oil holes were on the bottom so I clocked the housing 180 and the electric connections hit so I am thinking the way they have it from the factory is wrong can anyone send pics of the way theirs are hook up please
