Bought a 1976 Chevy Nova 4 door my Sr. year in high school. Had a straight 6 in it. Had a cracked head and hissed constantly. Drove it for almost a year. Not bad for $200. Wheel wells in the trunk were almost non existent. Got very dusty in the whole car during dry spells in the summer driving on the dirt roads.

Dad wouldn't let me buy a '68 Satellite wagon I had my eyes on, so 1st car ended up being a '85 Monte Carlo with a blown up 4.3 V6 & TH200 trans. Swapped in a 4bbl 305 / TH350.

Beautiful light puke metallic green inside and out. Great one wheel tire fryer.

1969 Pontiac Grand Prix J model, 400 with 350 hp Paid $75 for it running on 7. After a camshaft and a set lifters it would smoke the tires at 30 mph. Pontiac used the same motors as the GTO in the Grand Prix. Ran it for about 6 months until I spun a rod bearing doing a burn out. Found out those motors don't like high rpm's. Sold it for $150 and bought a 69 Buick Skylark.

I bought my first car when I was almost 16 for $900. It was a 1969 Pontiac LeMans, a poor mans GTO. By the time I put it on the road I did the body work and had my fathers friend paint it. I loved cruising in that car.

My first car was a hand me down 1978 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. It was white with the blue hood and roof. It looked like a 1970s stock car and I loved it. Even though my dad used to call it the "gutlass cutlass", I felt like I was the luckiest person in the world because it was in such great shape. I mean cmon, most kids got real beaters for their 1st cars. Unfortunatley, I was rudely awakened by that cruel thing we call "experiance". I was fooling with the radio and totaled the car within 2 months of receiving it. I learned my lesson, never been in a my fault accident since.

My first car was a '73 Capri. My 2nd car was a '73 Capri.

The first was a hand me down from my parents after my older brother ruined it. I bought & installed a replacement manual transmission & clutch to get it on the road. The 2nd Capri was one I acquired from my uncle. It had a much cleaner body. I drove this car for at least three years. It was a good car. Somewhat sporty too. I had the V-6 in both cars. The Capri was a Ford import from Germany.

First car 66 ford fairlane $100.00 and 5 albums, second car 66 chevy 2, third car has a little fame to it. 1973 Triumph spitfire I bought from Joe Montana. It was his high school grad gift from his parents to take to Notre Dame. I grew up just down the street from Joe and bought the car when he was drafted by the forty niners. It sucked, worst car I ever owned. I used to say that those are genuine british parts falling of that car going down the road!
