You're most welcome! Make sure that you're poking and/or scraping if you're not shaking :) Hope it helps, made a huge difference in mine - the only time I shake is if the fire is completely out & I'm looking to get rid of the ash left behind so I can start over.

I burn Anthracite pea coal.

Hand Fed Coal Stove: Saey 92 daily stove 80 % on coal and Wood 20% efel stoves oxford and efel montana and efel harmony 3 all sold, Dovre 750gm sold
Coal Size/Type: Antraciet from germany ibbenburen size. 20/30
Other Heating: Cv viessmann oil stoker, wood burner

I have a long time little puff backs in the stove right now, there's blue flame present how can this be? never had before

sorry maybe I'm wrong, but these shafts after first day sees the stove out there, this happens after poking or shaking, it takes too much, a friend of mine with the same heater has not this problem. ;) see the photo,,
