Hi Mike, a lot of times the fans will make a lot of noise because of imbalance caused by accumulated dust. Have you tried vacuuming out the fan, and even using a brush or Q' tip to clean off the blades?

If the fan motor is squeeling, have you lubricated the motor?? The designs vary, but most have a small hole in the 'hump' in the cover over the bearing so you can get a drop or two of oil on the bearings.

Hope this helps.. Greg L

It seems to me that I read a thread or when I talked to Jerry a few weeks ago that he was going to be out until the first of April If I remember correctly so maybe that is why he hasn't answered your post.
If you look at the motor it is probably a "fasco" and will have the model number on it. Do a google search for fasco model #--- and you will find places to buy them. I have purchased fasco motors from the net in the past.

Jerry is away on vacation. I suggest trying to call their shop as I believe there are people to cover while he's away.
