I will never forget my first blizzard in Potsdam, NY. The snow drifts were high, but that didn't bother the highway department much - they sent a man out in a road grader with a huge blade and chains on all four rear tires. :)

Great old video thanks. Looks like an old cable 8. The guy s on the wings operating hand winches adjusting the plow. That's when men were men :)
