Is it wrong to look forward to "heating season" when our KA-6 Keystoker makes unlimited hot water, hotter than the electric?
These aching joints and muscles really need something to counteract the cold and pain in late fall and winter.

Even if it's just all in my head, there is just something about coal heated water that makes it much more soothingRob R. wrote:Typical symptoms of a fresh stoker install.
Turn up the thermostats on that electric heater if it isn't doing the job.

By the end of the month, should have at least 2 more rooms with baseboard hooked up. Took the Spring and Summer off of the remodel

Our electric DHW is 120F, our indirect DHW is set at 140F. And the coal-heated hot water is definitely "cooler" Haha!davidmcbeth3 wrote:121 F water heated by coal; 121F water heated by electricity. Which one is hotter? The coal one of course!
Thanks, 2001Sierra, good to know I'm doing okay
