Just got my first delivery of Reading nut. Speaking with the driver it's the same as last year in quality.
I asked about the bagged Reading as there were many complaints from members here. He stated Reading redid their bagging plant and he had some customers who have tried the new bagged stuff and it's supposed to be decent.
The new bagged stuff is supposed to be in camo bags.
Since this is hear say, buyer beware!

I have 3 tons of the camp baggef reading nut size. Have burned about 700lbs so far. No issues.
But then, this is the first coal I've ever burnt.

I picked up five bags the other day. My first thought was how much more consistent the sizing was compared to the blaschak I burned earlier this season. I am a little disappointed in the amount of fines in it though. Seems like there's much more than the blaschak. It's closer for me to buy the Reading than the Blaschak so I'm hoping it will work out.

My in laws are burning pea size out of the camo bags, in my opinion it's very small, almost pushing buck size, but they have no complaints

I should have specified that I'm burning nut, and it's smaller than the blashak that I was burning.
