Nice video. Sounded like the air was being pulled in there also.

Here's a video of Florence running a little secondary air on anthracite. Did a 20 hour burn running at 180 lastnight. Hot here in Ohio 67 degrees today. Stove choked down running at 250 for this video.

That view showed the air ring working as it should. Great video, thanks for sharing.

Agreed, really nice video showing the secondary burn. I can see why they were such great bituminous burners.

Here is a video of Florence running bit rice coal. Old Caviler Queen. Stove running at 350 at barrel. Settings are 1/4 primary 2 turns secondary. Damper shut 45 degrees. As you can see from the videos the Florence burns very well will all fuels. Anthracite is definitely the Cadillac set it then walk away but for an all around stove to burn anything you stick in it the Florence is hard to beat. The back heat riser is pretty impressive on how much air it moves up the barrel. Hope this helps out anyone looking to run a Florence.

Here is a video once volitals are burn off. Florence burns bit virtually smoke free. Of course with the smell of Freedom in the air. Same settings as last video just about 7 minutes since reload. Shows how efficient the secondary air ring works.
