We finally got a taste of winter this morning. It was only 26℉ and 4" of snow overnight. The Andes is humming right along at 400º on the barrel and I have a smile on my face. :D

nice, we had about the same OAT but no snow yet. I won't mind if it's a record low snow yr.

We are at about 26 degrees right now, but with only about a quarter of an inch of snow here.

I live in the lake effect snowbelt but just North of me is the center of that snowbelt. They were predicting up to 3 feet possible for the Tug Hill area. Calling for more tonight.

Saw that they were calling for lake affect snow on the weather report last night. I thought, well Randy's in for it now !

Woke up to 22 F outdoors, but no snow here. Seems it didn't make it past Fred's hill. Thanks for that again, Fred. ;)

Sure nice to come downstairs to a warm kitchen and a kettle of hot water waiting. A fella could get spoiled doing this ! :D

I got a trace of snow and the low was 27 it is only 29 at this point but the sun is shining now. Next week it is suppose to warm back up again. Probably instead of having a parade of snow machines it will probably be motorcycles instead. Stove is holding steady at 420.

Sun is blazing down here. We're up to a whopping 34° ...

Not a bad thing to go for a ride on Christmas! I might pull out the RD if I can convince myself there's not a trace of salt anywhere on any road ... :)

A little chilly here today, 39°F. Grass is still green, no snow. We'll be breaking out the sunblock end of next week. Might be grilling on Christmas!!

We have been having bands of snow off and on all day for short periods of time. They are still calling for 1-2 feet of snow in the areas East of Lake Ontario. North of me has been getting lots of snow. Winds have also picked up adding to driving hazards.

18 degrees F. here right now. This is the coldest temperature we have seen so far this winter season. But the high is supposed to be 42 degrees today, and then we are in for some milder weather again.
