I am considering this stove I found on Craigslist to replace a Warm Morning stove in my garage. I was wondering if anyone has used this stove and how satisfied you are with the performance. Specifically it looks like this stove has a blower and I was wondering how well it works without using the blower. Two reasons, noise (which may be minimal) and running w/o electricity. While the warm morning works well, but you must have the ash door open to shake it which created a fair about of fine dust. The grates also aren't really well configured for anthracite and that is troublesome at times.
The 30X28 garage is insulated with 6" in the ceiling and 4 in the walls.
It looks like this is manufactured by Keystoker in Schuylkill Haven and that perhaps the poster just mistyped it as Keystone, unless that is a model name.
Thanks in advance for any info.

That is a very well built stove, and the fine folks at Keystoker would be happy to tell you all about it on the phone. I am pretty sure the stove can be run without the blower, but it is always good to check.
These stoves are pretty pricey when purchased new...which is probably why there is a lot less of them being discussed on here than Hitzer, DS, etc.

I do believe the poster is wrong in saying that the stove is 100% cast iron,i believe the stove is primarily welded steel. It may have cast iron grates & maybe doors too.I do like that price!! You haven't picked it up yet ??

I missed the coal listing.Rob R. wrote:$500 is a good price for the stove alone, the 1.5 tons of nut coal that comes with it makes it a steal in my opinion.

Thanks all I am leaving work shortly and will likely put a deposit on this and pick it up soon. Only about 15 miles from where I live. I did call and it was still available.

Stopped last night and purchased the stove and coal. My son should have picked it up by now. Thank you again for the information and opinions.
