Welcome to the forum.

The bottom rings are not pictured (are they there?) , and I can't read the name on the stove. And we would need to see the grates and more/better pictures of the firepot to help you.

I brought the photo into Photoshop and played with the contrast so as to read the name better. It looks like Frost...and couple more letters that I could not make out. The maker looks like two letters and Wherele Co.

Wherle Co. made really good quality stoves if that indeed was made by them. Already mentioned, the lower skirt ring is missing in the photo. It is an oak style stove. Other than that, can't really tell much by the one photo.

good job on the Wherele Co. with photo shop! I could see Ohio and Wherele was based in Ohio for sure... plus the fact the finial on that stove is fantastic is another tell tail its Wherele!

Its not a stunning example by any means (matter of fact its likely the most unimpressive Wherele I've seen)
.... but the simple fact its a Wherele makes it have value!!! (ill take the shittiest Tiffany over the best carnival glass every time LOL) to what degree would require more pics & parts (do you have the missing parts someplace?)
either way... this is a good one and that finial alone listed as Wherele Co. Finial would sell for a surprising amount of money sir!

Anything used needs to be looked at 2 ways in the used market. Potential parts to save other projects or possibly close enough to fully restore. often worth more as parts than a finished project. Just a matter of how reasonable it can be bought. I can say for sure there have been hundreds of partially completed race cars parted out at very nice profit.
