The 15 day extended forecast is staying below 50 degrees :up: .the black rocks have been burning for a few days now and with any luck it will stay burning till spring.

Isn't that something. I don't like the cold, but I too have been highly anticipating on colder temperatures. I have a new stove and I really want to put it to the test :no1: :no1: :no1: :no1:

UDD what stove did you get? I'm guessing you shop at bylers? I was wondering their coal prices a ton.

& I recently came across a King O Heat from Craig's list for a hundred bucks.

Yes I frequent Byler's quite frequently. :D At the beginning of the heating season I believe they were 270 a ton. Yoder's green house prices are 324, but their tons weigh in at 1.5 so obviously they are a bit higher. But I don't use either. I get mine delivered from Benjamin's lumber.

That herald is a nice looking stove! If that's the same Benjamin's lumber I checked with it was in Northeast Md . The bulk I got was out of Pa it was $220 or $240 a ton delivered (can't exactly recall the price but that was off season prices) . With 2 ton minimum .

Yup, that's the one Benjamins Lumber they charge me 60 bucks per delivery. No matter how many tons you get. Id really rather stove size, but hey it is what it is.
