That's a big difference Larry. I will dig up my numbers tomorrow. I already know, it's a lot more than 1,122 pounds!

For December 2014, I burned 990 pounds in the hot blast furnace for the house, and 615 pounds in the base-burner, so 1605 pounds.
For December 2015, I burned 1,225 pounds in the new yorker boiler, and im also heating my hot water, id say I have improved my heating efficiency by a lot! same inside temp settings for both the house and garage, and looking back to last years outside temps, they are pretty similar.

1st season burning, started in October. I used 1360 lbs. for the month of December, and 1200 lbs. in November. That is heat & hot water for a 2300 sq. ft. 40 year old log home in the Berkshires. Actually burns more coal than I anticipated considering how warm the fall & early winter has been.

I filled up with 300 pounds 5 times during December, 1500 pounds total. Since the GJ/EFM goes several days between fill ups and I didn't fill up on December 1st or 31st, the 1500 pound could be skewed by 50 pounds or so.
That is still one heck of a lot of coal to plow through in a record breakingly mild December!
