Hand Fed Coal Furnace: Harman SF3500 reduced down to 3 grates connected to its own plenum
Coal Size/Type: Rice, Chestnut and whatever will fit through the door on the Harman
Other Heating: Noth'in but COAL! Well, Maybe a little tiny bit of wood

Yanche doesn't post very often these days. That's a shame, he has a lot of knowledge and experience. I always wanted to go and visit him. He has an AA130 and I have never seen one in person. His place is about an hour south of me.

He has an AHS 130 Coal Gun, and lots of knowledge to go with it.

It is rumored that as he lives in MD he went out without sun cream and got sunstroke in the MD winter.

I was wondering the same when talking with another forum member this fall. He said his phone calls went unanswered. He's originally from my neck of the woods but I don't know anyone around here who staid in touch with John. He had my FIL as a math teacher in high school I recall from a lunch conversation we had at an early forum M&G (we all got parking tickets in Pottsville :oops: ).
