Heres the MSDS sheet for anthracite, for what its worth. In people it says it can cause nausea, etc., but Im sure eating any rock would that. Duh!

On the SDS it rates only a '1' for health. If it was a serious toxin it would have been a '4'.

My beagle chewed up any piece of coal she could get, died a few months back, but heck she was 15.
