What was the fuel? Mixture of 'T"-stop & "F"-stop? (very explosive hybergolic mixture)What did Hitler tell Willie Messershmidt when he showed the Fuhrer his ME-262 jet fighter?
That he wanted it made into a bomber/attack aircraft?
Yes the Komet. It's fuel was Hydrazine and Hydrogen Peroxide. No need for an ignition source with this combo, Hydrazine will go off if it even thinks there is Peroxide near it.
Yup, the fool told him to turn them into bombers. It cost them a year before they were finally put into service.
What happens when a ME-262 tries to keep up with a P-47 in a full power dive?

Not sure.....I'm thinking something about the speed of sound instability that Chuck Yeager solved but, since the ME-262 had swept wings & the P47 didn't, I would think the P47 would run into instabilty problems first??
