While visiting my wife when she was in the hospital I was exposed to the mind numbing nonsense that is daytime TV programing. The shows are forgettable but the commercials were nonstop drug dealer ads. The advertisements give you great insight into who the audience is. I assume it is retired folks and disabled folks and I guess people in hospitals. The commercials are great; they show old people having a good time doing all sorts of fun activities. Just before the end you always get obligatory list of side effects usually ending with “in rare occasions people have died while taking xyz drug”

LOL.... I don't watch much of anything broadcast whether it's cable or local but do catch some of it when my Grandmother is watching.

"Have you been in an accident with truck?"

Translation: "Hey dirt ball, if you were hit by a truck they have a multi million dollar policy."

I try and stick with the on demand stuff. Those commercials can be just as bad but you can FF through them. I get really impatient with anything that has commercials. I can login to my Comcast account online, that has some commercials you can't FF through. I'll switch to another tab and browse some web pages.

I just got an antibiotic a few days ago ... immediately tossed my cookies due to it .... got different Rx, no problems.

Like Elvis said: "Get your own damn doctor, uh-huh."

How could I forget, when they weren’t selling drugs they had lawyers looking to sue. Sue trucks, sue drug makers, sue doctors, sue anyone and everyone. I don’t recall sue your lawyer, must have missed that one.
