Tractor Supply

I had some time to kill after work so I ran over to Tractor Supply in Gilford to grab some of the Kimmels on sale. Its $4.99 for the 40 pound bags. I called ahead and was told they have plenty. When I arrived they said it was not in stock. I told them I called earlier. After some debate as to who I spoke to they did sell me 6 bags. They seemed to have plenty in back outside, They also told me they will continue to carry it next season, Its a nice new store easy in and out.

In Swansea MA the "double talk" is a combination of poor training of the young associates (they don't know what they have) and a lack of commitment to satisfy the customer (by finding out what they have). I passed on the "deal" at TS and paid more to work with the good people at Eastern Ice. Don't believe the mission statement hanging on the wall at TS. It's just words; not actions!

I live in Guilford and frequent this store often. The empoyees don't appear to be threatened with genius.

I think they just made a mistake reading the computer. I may try BT Enterprises in Bristol for next season. This is my first year burning coal. I was picking up bags at Agway in North Haven for most of the winter.

Try Ritchie in Meriden, he's off of Gracey Avenue.
