Chess anyone?

I've installed a mod for chess, haven't used it yet and I'm not even sure that it works.

One thiung to not is this is beta mod and there are some problems with it, tow things I'vew come acroos:

There are couple of buttons for oferring a draw and some other other things, these don't work in IE. The other thing is is you offer draw the opponent isn't notified.

Other than that I'm not ware of anything, I'm only one using so far so i can't test it.

Yes and if you tried it I had wrong path for images, It will work now hopefully.

I believe its your turn devil. you should just be able to move a piece. You're white i think because you challenged.

I don't think you can communicate but that would be nice feature.

Well Devil won the first official game, I resigned but apparently there was an error and it didn't record the win. Anyhow this is a beta mod so there is going to be problems but the game did work correctly as far as i could tell right up until I resigned.

Was fun!! Good game but it would be better if:

1.the moves showed up as they were made
2. You could communicate

A few quirks about the game I found out:
1. To move a piece--you have to touch the piece you want to move (the screen blanks & then reappears with nothing highlighted) & then you touch the square where you want to go. (the screen blanks again & then reappears with the move showing) The squares don't stay highlighted.
2. You have no way of knowing when our opponent makes a move. You have to hit the bottom left button (Reload) or refresh the screen, continually to see any move. (gets a bit confusing later in the game, just to find your opponents move)
3. There is no way to communicate with your opponent during the game. This really sucks, because if you could, you could alert him/her to a move, make comment, etc
4. Haven't played chess in a while & forgot the "pointy" crowned piece is the Queen!
